knii lante poster 1 smallGhana Music Awards Best Male Vocalist and natural soul/reggae singer/songwriter, Knii Lante has released his second official video off his debut album ‘Love and Revolution’, entitled ‘When You Love Someone.’

The music video was shot at a residence in the Cantonments prime area of Accra and features the adventurous, Gerald, of the Adams Apples sequels as well as radio personality, Mandy Jay. The music video directed by Stanley Adjetey (Take 2 Films) premiered online in the early morning of Monday, November 28 on  be viewed on Knii Lante’s official fanpage http://www.facebook.com/KniiLanteOfficial

Knii Lante’s influences stretch from classic Luther Vandross and Michael Jackson tracks to politically conscious Bob Marley tunes and even modern artistes such as Wyclef and Vybz Kartel.  Knii plays acoustic guitar and piano to his pleasure, and is a singer set to become one of the best African singers-songwriter- musician and an advocate of pan- Africanism.

His first full length 16 track album, “Love & Revolution” in which he features Ghana’s gift to the United Kingdom, Sway, was majorly produced and engineered by one of the finest music producers in Accra  Zap Mallet and released December of 2011. ‘Love & Revolution’ is a mix of different music genres from Zouk, Ballads, Afro pop to his most preferred genres reggae and soul.
