Star Style: Guess who wore these shoes?

I was recently at a press conference in Accra and for some reason this pair of shoes caught my eye. It sure takes a metrosexual man to rock these silver- blue shoes and even more so to cross his legs in this manner while answering questions from the press. Guess which star wore these shoes.
