Female celebrities face criticisms on their appearances on social media day in day out, and the recent person to be fed up of body-shaming is Nigerian singer, Teni.
The “Billionaire” hitmaker recently took to Twitter to address comments from fans who think she’s overweight.
“Stop asking me when I’ll lose weight, I don’t know I like fried rice too much. Worry about your moms jamming thighs,” she Tweeted.
This comes after the singer has been questioned so many times about her weight.
Teni is not the first celebrity to be body-shamed. Just recently, American singer, Lizzo was in the news after celebrity trainer, Jillian Michaels questioned why people were celebrating the singer’s weight and not her music.
