Tinny, Asem, Rockstone and others hit the runway for KOD’s ‘NINETEEN57 Freedom' collection

kod1Its official! The list of celebrities to hit the runway of ‘Rhythms on Da Runway’ to unveil ace broadcaster, Kofi Okyere Darko’s NINETEEN57 Freedom collection is finally out. Reggie Rockstone, Kwaku T, Tinny, Asem, Kwaw Kese, Kweisey Pee, D-Black, Chris Attoh, Senanu Gbedawu, Jon Germaine, and boxing star Joseph Agbeko will be strutting their stuff on the runway this Saturday, March 31 at the Golden Tulip Hotel, Accra. Also expected to join the stars are a host of prominent personalities including some from corporate Ghana. Other guest models include Miss Liberia 2011 and Mildred Akuba Edoukou, the just crowned Miss Ghana UK with grooming by Jane Awoonor Williams Spa 216. The night will also see thrilling performances from seasoned Ghanaian musicians including the Legendary Pat Thomas, Sarkodie, Bertha, Okyeame Kwame, Kwame Yeboah and the Ohia Beyeya Band, Kofi B, Steve Bedie, D’niece,Nana Yaa, Amandzeba and RNM with Nigerian Comedian Hogan entertaining the audience with rib-splitting jokes. The event which forms part of Ghana@55 celebrations will be witnessed by senior Members of Government, the Opposition, Members of the Diplomatic Corps, the Business Community and other prominent figures in the society. In just a couple of years since he took up Fashion seriously, KOD has already designed clothes for prominent figures including Presidents Mills and Rawlings, Jamaican Reggae Star Buju Banton, Michael Essien, Emmanuel Adebayo, respected Movie Director Ivan Quashiga, Roland Agambire of RLG Communications among others. The event which is sponsored by MTN,Jaguar and RLG will start at 7pm with a yellow carpet treat and cocktail before the stars hit the runway.  KOD comments “it’s a must attend show for all as we celebrate another feet in our country’s life”.  ]]>
