Tyler Perry, Romeo Miller, Nick Cannon, Usher and Dwight Howard will be honored in December, for their hard work and dedication to the betterment of the next generation. These celebs are among a select group of artists/activists/athletes, who are being honored by the Let The Kids Grow Foundation. “Tyler Perry and the other honorees have made it past the struggle and their success inspires the next generation,” Master P. told AllHipHop.com. “Education not only changes lives but saves lives, I am a living witness. For the last 10 years, I have been dedicated to helping underprivileged kids break negative cycles.” Let The Kids Grow Foundation offers free after school programs for children and teens. The programs consist of gang intervention workshops, performing arts classes, film, television, photography, health & nutrition courses and more. “As founder of Let The Kids Grow, our programs give youth and their families the tools that they need to become positive, confident, contributing members of our communities,” Master P. explained.
