Video: Victoria Lebene & friends make donations to James Camp Prisons as part July For Love initiative
Actress Victoria Lebene and her friends made donations to the James Camp Prisons on Friday as part of their July For Love initiative. The Actress and her friends donated series of products such as, soap, clothes, drinks, bottled water, ceiling fans, clothes and many more need the in-mates at the prisons can use daily.
The Bitter Sweet Wine actress with her friends said the donation was made because their birthdays fall in the month of July which they believe July is a month of Love.
“Last year was good and this year is even better. And we hope subsquent years to come we go it bigger and better to create comfort for the needy” She said in an interview with Jibriel of GhKasa.com.
Deputy Director of Prisons (DDP), Patience Baffoe-Bonnie, who is the Officer in Charge for the Mamobi based Prison, congratulated Lebene and her friends for coming to their aid.
“We are grateful and I want to say, don’t let this be the last. We need to help each other to make the environment condusive for us all to live in. We are really proud of you and we pray God continues to open your heart.”
Victoria Lebene has stated that, the July For Love initiative is here to stay to help people in the communities and has pleaded that, people should come and help support the initiative for more people are out there who need help.
