Hiplife group, VIP will be the musical act of choice on the stage at this Sunday night Big Brother Amplified eviction show. VIP (Vision in Progress) is one of the most popular music groups in Ghana, comprising Promzy (Emmanuel Promzy Ababio), Prodigal (Joseph Nana Ofori), and Lazzy (Abdul Hamid Ibrahim), who complement each other with their unique individual rap styles.
From the ghettoes of Nima, Accra, VIP has risen to international recognition, performing in the United States of America, United Kingdom, Amsterdam, Liberia, Sierra Leone, Nigeria, and South Africa among others. In the process they have won several awards including the Ghana Music Awards, where they hold the record as the only artist/group to have won the Artiste of the Year nod twice.
VIP will be hitting the stage a day after another YFM’s DJ Kess storms the Big Brother Ampilified house of its regular Saturday night parties. DJ Kess plays during the Y Lounge – Mondays – Thursdays and Saturday mornings..
