Vittles Soukfood bazzar returns to Accea November 25 -26
Accra’s fastest-rising food bazaar and marketplace event, the Vittles Souk, is returning on 25th & 26th November, 2017. The Vittles Souk III promises two fun-filled days of food-0related entertainment and will be held at the Nubuke Foundation, near the Mensvic Grand Hotel in East Legon. The event will feature over 20 vendors from the best eateries in Accra, providing a variety of dishes ranging from sweet to spicy, light to heavy, and from hot to cold, for food lovers from the local and international community.
The Vittles events started off with a maiden three-day annual Food Festival event in December 2015, and based on later success, the organisers, Diffusion Ltd, created the Souk as a smaller, two-day bazaar to run each quarter.

“We have held five successful events since the first one in December 2015 – two in 2016, and another two this year – all with positive feedback from partners, vendors and the patrons. The Vittles Souk III will be our final event to wrap up another very good year in 2017.” Says Ezinu Adogla Deteah, Consultant at Diffusion Limited.
The Vittles Food Festival has hosted around 1,000 local and international patrons at each event and has featured more than 50 different vendors ranging from large restaurants, small cafes and grills, private chefs/caterers and entrepreneurs over the years.
“What makes Vittles Food Events exceptional is the priority we place on health and safety during our events. Our standard event setup provides kitchen sinks with flowing water to ensure basic hygiene in food preparation,” Deteah explains. The organisers also provide hand wash stations with liquid soap and tissues, garbage bins at vantage points, janitorial service providers and an ambulance during the event. The event setup is also child-friendly as it includes a dedicated area for children, with professional service providers offering play and care services ensuring that families are able to enjoy the event.
The Vittles Souk III, 2017 is supported by Vodafone Cash, The Coca Cola Bottling Company of Ghana and Kinder Square.]]>
