Watch: Calista Amoateng arrives in Ghana after being crowned Miss Teen Tourism World 2022

Calista Amoateng, 16, has arrived in Ghana after winning the 2022 Miss Teen Tourism World pageant in the Philippines.

The Daughter of media personalities Okyeame Quophi and Stacy Amoateng received a rousing welcome as she arrived at the Kotoka International Airport

Calista made the country proud by being crowned the winner of the contest, which took place after several beauty pageants from around the world.

Mr. and Miss Tourism pageants are among the most influential beauty pageants, grooming young ladies to be knowledgeable about their country’s culture and traditions.
The third edition was held in Manila, Philippines, from July 28 to August 6, 2022.

Ms Calista Amoateng told the media at the airport upon her arrival, “I am going to use my crown to promote Ghana in any way I can.”
