The 6th compelling episode of Boiler Room x Ballantine’s True Music Africa documentary series has released with a focus on Ghana spotlighting some of Accra’s most exciting artists and rising talents including King Promise, La Même Gang and Amaarae sharing their’ insights and experiences in the local music scene.
The artists featured in the documentary will be performing live in Accra at the True Music Africa Tour happening on the 23rd of March 2019 at a secret location with a lineup to also include Kwesi Arthur, Vision DJ and DJ Mic Smith.
The Ghana episode of the True Music Africa series highlights the unique musical influence and creative approach behind each artist’s genre of music. From exploring the personal stories and characters of Amaarae and La Même Gang to King Promise’s journey to stardom, the episode also features the quest of these creative makers to bring distinctive sounds and Ghana’s home-grown brand to the world.
