WATCH: I want my name to be on the list of top Ghanaian rappers 5 years from now – Odeneho Cannella

Fast rising Ghanaian rapper Odeneho Cannella recently made an appearance on AmeyawTV’s One-on-one show to talk about her musical journey.

The rapper who officially started making music in 2019, revealed her career was inspired by the 2021 3Music Award  Best Rapper of The Year, Eno Barony.

“I was actually inspired somewhere in SHS by Eno Barony best female rapper after having the inspiration I decided that I can do this rap thing. completing SHS in 2018 after coming home I walk to a studio and I then I told the man this is what I want to do he said ok then you should try singing because you look like a singer but I said no I want to rap then he said ok fine so that’s when it started so officially 2019 that was when I started dropping the bars”  she revealed.

Odeneho Cannella recently released her latest single ”Don’t Try” accompanied by a music video shot in Accra.

According to her, In the next five to ten years, she wants her name to be mentioned on the list of top rappers in Ghana.
