Ghanaian rapper, Kwaw Kese has stated strongly that some of his fellow musicians and celebrities stay mute on issues going on in the country because they are being fed by politicians.

According to him, in a video posted on his Instagram page, most celebrities are mute on issues because they are afraid to step in the shoes of the politicians sponsoring them.

“Some of our musicians and so called celebrities in Ghana, if something is going wrong, they won’t talk about it. You know why, because a politician is feeding them,” he said in “pidgin”.
