We are not bothered about not getting booked for shows – R2bees

R2bees member Paedae has revealed that they (R2bees) make a lot of money from online streams hence not getting booked for shows is no worry.

According to the rapper, unlike other artistes going the extra mile to get performance gig, they choose to relax and focus on their music.

Paedae told Bola Ray in an interview on Starr FM that they earn a lot from online streams and that is almost enough for them.

“We make lots of money from online streams, we have crazy numbers when it comes to online streams, and so we are comfortable with the money that comes from the streaming of our songs on these streaming platforms,” he said.

On why R2bees is rarely booked for shows, Paedae Explained: “Bola, you know something? R2bees, we don’t really care about shows, performance gigs naa, when it comes our way, fine, we would go and play but forcing ourselves to be on every stage is a no-no for us.

“To everyone that goes to stream our songs, we are so grateful,” he added.

Though regarded as one of the best musical group in Africa, R2bees has always kept a low profile. their aim has been serving its fans with timeless music.
