The father of the late Anokye Supremo aka Daddy Lumba Junior, Mr. Kwadwo Barfo, has revealed that an amount of $21,000 is needed to bring back home the remains of the late musician. He is therefore appealing to the masses to help him raise the said amount.

Speaking in an interview on Adom FM with Mike Two on his ‘Adom Entertainment Show’, Mr. Barfo revealed that the family has an outstanding balance of $21,000 to be paid to the hospital where he went for the surgery.

Additionally, there is an extra bill to be paid to the private mortuary where the body is at the moment because the government hospital where he was operated at stated his remains couldn’t be kept for more than 2 days.

The family is therefore calling on Ghanaians to help raise the funds to bring back home the remains of their late son.

Anokye Supremo died on 30th January 2019 in India after undergoing surgery for a brain tumor which affected his eyesight.
