Rufftown records signee, Wendy Shay, and Multimedia Journalist, Mzgee finally smoked the peace pipe after their infamous interview, ‘Who is Wendy Shay”.

A few months ago, MzGee caught up with “Uber Driver” singer after a concert and in their interaction, she asked “who is Wendy Shay”.

Wendy Shay however reacted to the question as a “dumb” and walked off. Wendy’s reaction attracted myriad of backlash from people all over the country. She also refused to apologize to MzGee.

Today, however, host of Joy FM’s Drive Time show, Lexis Bill, invited the two on his show and they talked it all out. Wendy also apologized to MzGee after.

” I’m so glad this happened. Mzgee and Wendy Shay met for the first time on #driveonjoy on @joy997fm, after the ‘Who are you’ brouhaha and they made up, like real women should. Thank you so much @iammzgee for being so mature and accommodating. Thank you @wendyshayofficial for being proactive and and wise. Your place in the music industry is secure. Love you both”, Lexis shared on Instagram.

MzGee also took to her Instagram to thank Wendy’s team for coming up with the initiative. She wrote:
