Wopecar Rebrands For A Seamless And Personalised Experience
Ghana’s fastest growing online car rental platform, Wopecar.com, has rebranded for its customers to enjoy a more seamless and personalised experience.

The launch of the new and improved platform was held on Thursday, September 14, 2023, at the City Galleria Mall in Accra with the reveal of a new company logo.
Speaking at the launch, the founder of Wopecar.com Yusif Seidu, asserted that the company after 5 years in the car rental industry, has acquired enough data and information, as well as enough experience in dealing with its customers and stakeholders, leading to the need for a rebrand and a new identity.
According to him, customers of Wopecar.com will henceforth enjoy a seamless car rental experience.

“Honestly, I think after 5 years we felt like we’ve been in the market for quite a quite a while we felt like we’ve had enough information enough data, we’ve had enough experience dealing with our customers with our key stakeholders ERS and we’ve gotten to a point where we wanted to give a new face lift to the company give a new identity to the company and that is why we did a rebrand,’’ he noted.
Yussif further shared some challenges the company has faced within its five years of providing quality rental service in the country.
“One major challenge we encountered is I think during Covid. We all know during Covid people were not allowed to move around, right? People were getting locked up at home and for a car and Company where we offer cars for people to like to move around there’s no movement, I mean we for me, at that point I almost thought that things were going to be very difficult but God being so good we had to evolve our strategy. ‘’
He continued by saying, ‘’We ended up focusing more on companies, so companies who wanted their employees to show up in the offices we worked with them to organize like some of the Vans we have on our platform they pick up their employees from their place of from home and then drive them and take them straight to their place of work so that actually kept us afloat during that time.’’
The car rental platform connects car owners in Accra to prospective clients looking for cars to rent on the go with convenience and affordability at the fingertips of its customers.
They have for the past 5 years offered a wide range of services including on-demand car rental, airport pickups, drop-off and long-term rentals.
