The action begins on the morning of Wednesday 14 April with WWE NXT Episode 612. Cameron Grimes remained persistent in his bid to purchase The Undisputed ERA intellectual property from Roderick Strong, and he came armed with a ‘Grimes The System’ shirt and new mashed-up theme music. But the beyond-annoyed Strong snapped and channeled his frustration with the situation involving Adam Cole and Kyle O’Reilly into aggression against The Technical Savage. Can we expect more of the same from Strong this week as he looks to become a major player in the NXT landscape?

Saturday 17 April brings Episode 1130 of WWE SmackDown. The unlikely pairing of Otis and Chad Gable have come on strong in the Tag Team division of late and fancy themselves as major contenders. “That win was four the Alpha Academy,” said Otis following their triumph in an eight-man Tag Team match recently. “It gives us momentum, which leads to an advantage,” added Gable. “Do you have any idea how much effort I put in to periodise our training? To get us to this point… what you’re witnessing right now is two men peaking at the same time.”

Tuesday 20 April will feature Episode 1456 of WWE Raw. The seeming dissolution of The Hurt Business has left Cedric Alexander and Shelton Benjamin furious, with the pair recently confronting the faction’s leader, MVP. “MVP, your greed is gonna cost you,” said Alexander. “You had the audacity to tell Sheldon and I that we’re an embarrassment. That we’re incompetent. Let me tell you what you are… you’re a parasite, because with Sheldon and I to hold The Hurt Business up, you are merely a crippled, passed-up has been. I personally cannot wait to expose you for the fraud you are.”

Now GOtv viewers can also enjoy some world-class WWE action every Wednesday evening on SuperSport GOtv Select3, with a past Pay-Per-View (17:00), WWE 205 (21:00) and a documentary (21:30).
