Wyclef Jean’s Carnival World Music Group shows interest in Accra Academy student who raps like Sarkodie
Fugees and solo star Wyclef has revealed that his new record label, Carnival World Music group may sign the talented student rapper who has gone viral on social media with his freestyle.
In a video shared on Twitter,tthe Accra Academy student, ‘F A Square’ is seen rapping like his mentor Sarkodie who also reposted the video on his IG page.
Commenting on the video on Twitter, Wyclef wrote: Carnival world music Group is looking for this kid he got talent !!!!!”

He further posted the video on Instagram asking people to help him find the rapper and later updated the post with the caption, “In the words of Che “long live the revolution” welcome to Carnival World Music Group”
As a founding member of the Fugees, the Haitian native recently launched his new music publishing and distribution company, Carnival World Music Group which is focused on creative talent in Africa and other emerging markets.
Does this mean Wyclef will soon sign the young rapper to his label? Time will tell…
