The students were also taken through yoga for wellbeing and health, deepened their practice, and had their spirits brightened the Yoga way.
It also introduced the students to the yogic lifestyle, psychology, philosophy, history and anatomy as well as learned the therapeutic benefits of yoga and how to help manage stress, weight loss, high blood pressure and diabetes among others.
