Your wife’s money is her money, don’t fight her over bills- McDan
Founder and Chief Executive Officer of the McDan Group, Daniel McKorley, popularly known as, McDan has opined that women should not take part in the economic affairs of their homes.
According to the award-winning entrepreneur, it is not the responsibility of the woman to take up the payment of some bills in the home.
He believes the woman’s money should be for her only and not for the upkeep of the home.
“Your wife’s salary is her salary. Don’t come home and fight your wife because she can afford to pay the fees. Even if she’s paying the fees, try to take it over, and be seen to be very responsible,” he said at a recent Father’s Day event held on June, 19.
McDan reiterated his stance stating that a lot men these days are marrying women for their money and that shouldn’t be the case.
“I am very particular about that because a lot of fathers lately are marrying because they want women to pay their bills. Don’t be a man that a woman pays their bills,” he added.
