Ariana Grande Addresses Cosmetic Surgery Claims During Lie Detector Test
American singer and songwriter Ariana Grande has finally addressed the cosmetic procedures she has undergone, putting an end to years of speculation from fans.
Despite ongoing claims from both supporters and detractors regarding the 31-year-old’s alleged plastic surgeries, Grande recently clarified that she has never had any surgical procedures. However, she expressed openness to one specific type of surgery.
During a well-known lie detector test conducted by Vanity Fair, Grande’s Wicked co-star, Cynthia Erivo, inquired about any cosmetic enhancements. Erivo pressed further, seeking clarification on whether the former The Voice coach had undergone any specific surgeries.
When asked if she had received a nose job, Grande responded with a definitive, “No.” Regarding the possibility of having had breast augmentation, Grande replied, “No, can you imagine?”
However, when questioned about the prospect of a facelift, the former Nickelodeon star was less dismissive, stating, “No, not yet. I’m open,” in response to Erivo’s inquiry.
Grande also expressed disbelief at questions concerning “fox eye lifts,” admitting she was unfamiliar with the procedure—designed to alter eye shape—until she encountered accusations online. Nonetheless, the Victorious star showed interest in chin implants, asking, “How do they do that?”
When Erivo asked if Grande had undergone a Brazilian butt lift (BBL), the Grammy-winning artist playfully fibbed, saying, “Yes.”
“I’ve had fillers in various places and Botox,” she confessed. “But I stopped like four years ago. And that is the extent.” The lie detector test administrator subsequently confirmed the truthfulness of Grande’s statements.
