Bisa Kdei is a legend, I’ve learnt alot from him – Goldkay

UK – based Ghanaian Afro-dancehall artist, Goldkay has acknowledged and disclosed how Bisa Kdei’s music has inspired him over the years.

Goldkay, In a recent appearance on Ameyaw TV, revealed how he teamed up with Bisa Kdei for a song.

“Bisa is somebody that I have known for a while now and this was when he requested for me to come and support him in Belgium and since then when you speak to him about his journey and what he’s been through, because I remember his voice from the films and the way he even got his opportunity and his break, it was very interesting and I grew up from the type of music he does,” he told host Ameyaw Debrah.

The “Odo” singer expressed his gratitude and acknowledged Bisa Kdei for his progress in the music fraternity.

“For me it was an honor because he is a legend in the game and I get some wisdom when I’m sitting with him and talking with him, I just felt like I needed to produce something that would complement what both of us do, I know he is highlife sounding and he has kind of made it commercially audible so he is one artist that I definitely respect and he is a legend,” he stated.
