Davido launches own social media app ‘Chatter’
Multiple award-winning Nigerian singer and songwriter, Davido, known in private life as David Adeleke has recently launched his new social media app, Chatter, in a recent post on his official X handle, which quickly gained popularity.
The ‘Fall’ hitmaker revealed that he is a co-owner of the app along with his close friend, Sir Banko.
He detailed that Chatter is a platform that aims to connect content creators with a vibrant community and amplify their voices through social audiovisual features. This marks Davido’s third internet project in the past eight months.
It will be recalled that the crooner not long ago created his own cryptocurrency. However, days after its launch, the $DAVIDO coin plummeted, prompting some cryptocurrency fans to label it as a fraud and a rug-pull.
