<![CDATA[According to reports, Wizkid refused to announce Samini to partner him on stage to perform their hit collaboration ‘Time Bomb’ at the recent Ghana Meets Naija concert. Ghanagist.com reported that Wizkid and his team refused the arrangement made by organizers because of a beef between Samini and R2Bees, who were away in Los Angeles for the 2013 BET Awards.
Although much is not known of the so called beef between R2bees and Samini, the report suggests that it has boiled over to the point that Bola Ray, the organizer of the show had to intervene and try to get Wizkid to perform with Samini at the concert. “Bola Ray even went back stage to talk to Wizkid and his manager about it but they refused to perform with Samini.” said a source.
Meanwhile, the music video for R2bees’ ”Slow Down’ featuring Wizkid was premiered during the concert. Hmm, I guess fans should not look forward to a music video for ‘Time Bomb’ anytime soon if there report is true.]]>
