Don’t ever compare me to Olamide – Mayorkun tells fan
Mayorkun a Nigerian singer-song writer, signed to Davido Music Worldwide has shown dissatisfaction over a fan who decided to compare him and the “Wo” hitmaker, Olamide.
It is very usual of fans to compare their favorite musicians to others in the music industry since it is fun to many, especially on social media.
Some artists across the world use such controversies to their advantage to stay relevant in the musical scene.
But for Mayokun, he wouldn’t entertain any comparisons fans make on social media, whether they do them for fun or out of impetuous passion.
Responding to a tweet from a fan who compared him to Olamide, he cautioned the fan never to make such comparisons again.
