Get a glimpse into House No 13, Yonge Avenue. Owned by a Canadian returnee Sylvia Stokes, House No 13 is a six apartment building complex. The residents come from all over and with colourful personalities. They come here to start life in this seemingly peaceful place all about hope and a promise for a bright future. But when personalities begin to collide and drama erupts, the tenants learn that three is indeed a crowd. And Sylvia soon realises that the building is anything but the classy place she had in mind. In this episode, Sylvia wants things to be different in Yonge Avenue and thinks of a scheme. Fred turns to Jacob for employment, meanwhile Roger wants a loan to set up his business.
