Ecstatic to see my daughter live her dream- Fantana’s mother reacts to her Netflix debut

Ghanaian politician, Dorcas Affo-Toffey is one proud mother after her singer daughter, Fantana made it to Netflix. 

From selling clothes in his car trunk, to owning a premium fragrance brand- Story of MacBancy C.E.O

The popular NDC politician cannot stop gushing over Fantana’s latest exploits; a feature on Netflix’s popular African series, “Young, Famous and African.”

“Young, Famous and African” is set for a comeback, with an additional cast, and the Ghanaian singer, Fantana, made it.

Reacting to the news of her daughter’s exploits, Ms Affo-Toffey shared the trailer of the series on her Facebook page with the caption;

“I am so ecstatic to see my daughter Fantana live her dreams. Proud is an understatement! There is nothing you can not do, never stop dreaming and believing what you can achieve. God has been good🙏🏾Catch my daughter as she represents Ghana on Season 2 of Young, Famous & African. Coming soon, May 19th🇬🇭.”

“Young, Famous & African” is a Netflix original first African reality television series, starring African stars Khanyi Mbau, Annie Macaulay-Idibia, Zari Hassan, Diamond Platnumz, Andile Ncube, Swanky Jerry, Naked DJ, Nadia Nakai, Kayleigh Schwark and 2Baba. The show focused on building careers, looking for love, and rekindling old flames of famous media personalities from South Africa, Zimbabwe, Nigeria, Uganda and Tanzania.

The second season is set for a May 19th release, with an additional cast, featuring Ghana.
