<![CDATA[Come this Sunday, February 24, at 3pm, the National Theatre will host the staging of another grand spectacle in the series of Evolution concerts organised annually by celebrated contemporary Ghanaian gospel music group, Impact Project. This year’s Evolution concert, the eighth edition hence Evolution 8, is dubbed the wow experience and promises an eventful time as it will parade four of the finest contemporary Ghanaian gospel music groups/choirs: Harbour City Mass Choir, Em’Praise, Stewards of Grace and the host, Impact Project ministry, in a creative showcase of gospel music that will bless many. There will be special guest features and ministrations from Calvis Hammond (Joyful Way Incorporated), Pastor David Nana Asamoah and Francis Amoo on the night too. Riding on the oars of the two preceding Evolution concerts that were nominated for the annual Africa Gospel Music Awards staged in UK in 2010 and 2011 and their all-round huge successes chalked, there is growing buzz among music fans as to what to expect this year. Tickets are already selling hot and available at Baatsona Total, Koala (Osu), the Central Cafteria (Legon) and the gate on Sunday for GHc20 (standard ticket) and GHc 50 ( VIP ticket). Impact Project Ministry (IPM) is a non-denominational ministry which has carved a niche that distinguishes it as ministry-oriented group identified with excellence in music (technically and spiritually), strong passion for evangelism and a soft spot for social causes to help the needy. Its unique music style which incorporates crossover contemporary elements with African rhythms and the constant quest to provide the best in live ministrations make a strong case for the quality expected from gospel groups. This is why fans are always upbeat about the ministry’s Evolution concerts particularly this year’s. Partners for Evolution 8 include Mastermix, Bofo Design Phactory, Alvaro, DDP, Dpi, CCML, Sunny Fm, Citi Fm, Adom Fm, Okay Fm, Peace Fm, Sweet Melodies, Jerbette Productions, Aquimini Digital, Teresa Meka Photography, JICS Global Solutions, Splash Technologies and Line 6 Concept. Evolution 8 comes off this Sunday, 24th February, 3pm at the National Theatre and is a must-attend concert. Make sure you don’t miss it for anything.]]>
