<![CDATA[Actress, Emelia Brobbey, has finally spoken out about her shoplifting scandal in the UK. She said the incident happened when a bracelet accidentally fell into her baby carriage without knowing it until the alarm beeped when she was about leaving the shop, to signify that she had on her items that had not been paid for.
