Early in August 2012, FFB Events made its premier appearance in the Nigerian entrepreneurship space. It has quickly grown in relevance and has proven itself to be one of the most exclusive and influential entrepreneur pools gaining ground in Nigeria and beyond. FFB Events has held exclusive events in Westfield UK, Loughborough UK and various parts of Lagos, Nigeria.

The Mission of FFB Events is to have fostered business collaborations that created the legend of “THE MEN WHO BUILT AFRICA and, the vision is to have been a part of the establishment of the 10% of businesses in AFRICA that employed 90% of Africa’s population. “Food, Fun & Business (FFB) Events is a fun platform for young entrepreneurial minds to network, share ideas and collaborate.”

At the forthcoming Social Media Week Lagos 2014, they hold their first global event on the 20th and 21st of February. Their 2-day event is themed Synergy: The Influence of Social Media in 21st Century Entrepreneurship and will feature thought leaders such as Nkiru Asika, Ifeoma Williams, Chude Jideonwo, and a host of others. Our aim is to bring to light the impact of social (online) media in modern day business processes. We intend to bounce ideas off of each other, dealing with social media in retrospect and opening the floor to some members to share new business models with the panel and other guests for scrutiny and improvement. As always, the FFB team is always grateful for the opportunity of everyone’s presence and the gift of each person’s audience!
