Gen Z Vinyl; Kaesa releases her first single of 2024 “Be Mine” on August 2, 2024. 

This single “Be Mine” showcases her narrative songwriting style in which she tells the story of a girl’s infatuation for a guy and her yearning for his attention and love. The lyrics convey raw emotions that most of her listeners will relate to.

“This song is inspired by the stories I have heard from people around me of love unreciprocated, it can hurt, it can leave you confused, it can turn you into a stalker” Kaesa said “I wanted to share this story over a sound that evokes a sense of calm and ease and hope people can enjoy it whether they are on a road trip, in bed or at the mellow end of a party” Kaesa added.

Kaesa’s vivid storytelling and unique sound makes this single a must-listen and her; an artiste to watch.

Kaesa is a singer/songwriter whose musical journey started at the age of 8 competing in Ghana’s biggest children talent show Talented Kidz on TV3 in Accra, Ghana. Following that, she became actively involved in her church’s choir eventually becoming the choir leader in Lighthouse Qodesh. Keeping up with her passion for music, she led an all-girls band as the Live Band President in Holy Child School in 2019.  After releasing covers between 2016 – 2023, Kaesa decided to take a risk in December 2023, releasing her debut single, “Wonderful” as a Christmas song. Despite the lack of promotion, “Wonderful” garnered over 10,000 streams on Spotify within 3 months and continues to build a fan base for Kaesa. Beyond the studio, Kaesa is an established content creator and model.
