“Ghana is a breeding ground for innovation and creativity” – Gyankroma Akufo-Addo
Gyankroma Akufo-Addo, daughter of President Akufo-Addo and Director of the Creative Arts Council of Ghana, has praised Ghana as a hub of creativity and innovation.
Speaking at an event in Accra, she highlighted the country’s growing influence on the global stage, stating, “Ghana is a breeding ground for innovation and creativity. The world is looking at us not just for Afrobeats but to Ghana we are actually the innovators, the tastemakers.”
She shared these comments during the celebration of Crux Global’s partnership with Sony Music West Africa, held at the launch of their new headquarters in Accra.
The partnership is set to boost the Ghanaian music industry by providing a platform for local artists to expand their reach globally.
