Fast-rising Ghanaian fashion designer, Kwaku Bediako continues to receive accolades in the world of fashion.
The 2018 EMY Awards Africa Best Fashion Designer winner, was among the six designers selected to showcase for HRH The Prince of Wales, Prince Charles and the Duchess of Cornwall during the state ball to climax their 4-day royal visit to Ghana.

Kwaku Bediako had the opportunity to showcase his collection alongside fashion icon, Ozwald Boateng. Also showcasing on the night were Christie Brown, Adrian Sauvage, Duaba Serwa and Pistis.

Mr Bediako’s left an impress on HRH Prince Charles as well as Ozwald Boateng, when both of them briefly interacted with the Ghanaian designer.

Another person who was impressed with the designer is the Editor of the British Vogue magazine, Edward Enninful, who had the privilege of introducing the fashion show to end the evening, which highlighted Ghana’s world-class design talent.

Kwaku Bediako’s Chocolate Clothing won the first African Fashion Fund’s collaborated project with Joy FM dubbed, ‘Tailored African Fashion 2018.
