GMG Disappointed with Joey B’s Lack of Professionalism

We have always been passionate about propelling our music industry into a larger space where the Ghanaian sound and the artist alike get to be seen in the larger picture.

However, a statement from Gbevu Music Group(GMG), indicates how Joey B has after so many attempts refused sharing “Come Over” a single by UK based Afrobeats crooner Loofy on his Social media platforms as stated in their collaboration deal.

This lack of respect from Joey B’s camp was confirmed by Gbevu Music Group (GMG), the management label that helped secure the collaboration for Loofy.

We can all agree professionalism is indeed a working relationship and the absence of it, has over the years seen the industry lose its credibility.

If an artiste goes to the length of appreciating another talents value and duly pays for his services then there is no reason whatsoever not to honor such a showmanship.

I mean, what’s the sweat in sharing a couple of posts for a work you’ve been fully paid for? It’s ironic this same artiste will willingly share irrelevant posts when what he was paid for is blatantly ignored.

Joey B is no novice to the music game and should know better because every little effort goes a long way in cementing a brand.

The song “Come Over” with video shot by Yaw SkyFace is a visual beauty and the groovy tune has received massive positive reviews since its release.
