GOIL Marks Independence Day With Health Walk
As part of activities marking Ghana’s 66th independence anniversary, GOIL PLC the nation’s foremost indigenous oil marketing company, organised a 10Km health dubbed ‘Walk With GOIL’.
The health walk, which was attended by hundreds of GOIL staff, keep-fit clubs and other company workers began from the El-Wak Sports Stadium through Switchback road, DVLA Head Office, Cantonments Post Office and back to the El-wak Sports Stadium with an energetic aerobics session and fun games.

Speaking in an interview, the Legendary Azumah Nelson, a brand ambassador for GOIL, who led the walk explained why it is important to exercise at least twice or thrice a week in order to keep fit.
Some notable men at the event were John Boadu, former General Secretary of the New patriotic Party(NPP) and Louis Kwame Sakyiamah popularly known in the media space as Lexis Bill.
