How former beauty queen created Mayaki Fashion brand, after creating her own fabric business failed
Ghanaian beauty queen and fashion designer Nyhira Asiedua made an appearance on Ameyaw TV to talk about her career in pageantry and fashion design.
The former Miss Universe Ghana 2014 contestant narrating how she became a full-time fashion designer told Ameyaw Debrah that it all started during her time in the university.
“I was at the university,i was designing for my self, Friday wear was been done by my self. people was like why don’t you create your own clothing line or something and i said just let me finish school when I’m done I’ll consider that”
She added: “After school, i didn’t take it serious but after my national service then i said ok let me work on it and move forward”
Miss Nyhira represented Ghana at the 2019 Miss Asia Global beauty pageant in India. she’s the CEO of Mayaki Fashion House a fashion company that specializes in creating casual wear, smart casuals, evening gowns, ball gowns, and more.
She’s inspired by her dreams and everything in the environment.
“When i really want to come out with something unique i ask God” She said.
