Three years later, Ghanaian rapper, D-Black cannot believe he fell for Dr. UN and his infamous “UN Awards.”

The infamous “UN Awards,” organised by Kwame Owusu Fordjour, popularly known as Dr. UN under his Global Blueprint Excellence Award, honoured a handful of major Ghanaian personalities and celebrities three years ago, D-Black.

However, the award scheme turned out to be a “scam.”

Years later, D-Black is still shocked that he was taken advantage of by a scheme for which he received a lot of online trolling.

Speaking in an interview on Joy Prime’s ‘ Celeb Biz’, the ‘Enjoyment Minister’ narrated the whole story as one which was incredibly stupid.

“I haven’t had drama in the first 11 years of my career. It was always the music, but these two happened back-to-back, and the Dr. UN one was incredibly stupid. I can’t believe I fell for that nonsense. If you saw the email, you would have fallen for it. Very well written,” he said.

The CEO of Black Avenue disclosed that he almost brought his mother to the award ceremony but ultimately decided to go to the event with his crew instead.
