The ‘Baba’ singer said; “Black Sherif has had a very good track of record which  if we are looking for a Ghana agenda, and we need someone to go win the BET and go compete, in this season, it was good for Blacko to take the award, there was a season, myself and Shatta Wale Artiste of the year category, Shatta took it and I understood it.

He continued; “Black Sherif just won a BET award recently, if he didn’t win the local, he wouldn’t have gone to take the international  because they will ask you what have you won and it works like that, if you had not won the main Artiste of the year in your country, how do you come and compete over there,” he said.
