Hours after addressing their ongoing conflict in a letter Titled ‘An Open Letter To My Dear Brother, Paul Okoye‘, Peter has addressed Paul’s allegations, which claimed that he Mr P had involved the EFCC in an attempt to arrest him.

It will be recalled that Paul Okoye, otherwise known as Rudeboy, in a recent interview with City FM in Lagos, recounted an incident where Peter allegedly utilized the EFCC to detain both him and Jude.

However, in response to this, Peter has issued another statement  clarifying that he has never lodged a complaint with the EFCC against his twin brother. He disclosed that he, Paul, and Jude jointly own a management firm named Northside Entertainment, which oversees all P-Square-related activities.

However, he discovered a similarly named entity, Northside Music, and upon investigation, he was astonished to find that Jude and his wife, Ifeoma Okoye, were the founder and director of this company.

Peter noted that the registration address for this company was Ifeoma’s family residence, and when he inquired with Paul, his brother claimed to have no knowledge of it. This led Peter to engage his legal team, instructing them to file a petition against Jude while explicitly excluding Paul from any allegations.

Mr P further made known that he initiated the petition upon uncovering that “millions of dollars and hundreds of millions of Naira were being secretly diverted into this clandestine company’s account, Northside Music, from our own Northside Entertainment.” He then mentioned that the EFCC’s investigation revealed that Jude’s undisclosed company had been receiving royalties from Northside Entertainment for several years.

The ‘Too Late’ hitmaker indicated that Jude had implicated Paul during questioning, which resulted in the EFCC extending an invitation to his twin brother.
