I personally paid people to play and promote Lasmid’s ‘Running’ hit song – Kaywa

Renowned music producer and CEO of ‘Highly Spiritual Music label’, Kaywa has disclosed that he personally paid people to push Lasmid’s hit song titled ‘Running’.

Kaywa, in an interview on Joy Prime’s ‘Prime morning’, expressed his willingness to push the young act to a higher level in the music industry, hence the need to sacrifice and pay people to promote his music.

“We went ahead to drop a new song “Running”, and I personally took that song around, I was everywhere trying to push that song, paying to get people to play the song and I came back and said “Running” is out, it’s everywhere, let’s just sign and seal,” he said.

According to Kaywa, after discussions and a few back and forth concerning the signing of contract, they still agreed to release a video for the new song while they wait for the right witnesses to sign and seal the contract.

“He said ‘my father said I should wait, he wants to come so we sign the contract together and I said fine, your father wants to be your witness, let’s wait for that and see, back and forth, and his father didn’t make it, we shot a video, very expensive video.

“Now we were about to release the video and I said ‘mm tell him to just put a pen on the paper, let’s release the video, it will be awesome,” he stated.
