Seth Gyimah, a professional Ghanaian-Uk based boxer cum chef, who is well recognized as Freezy Macbones in the boxing fraternity has shared some challenges he faced when he made the decision to venture into boxing.

Speaking in an exclusive interview on Joy prime recently, Freezy MacBones, who has been trending on social media after he won his latest bout with veteran boxer, Darryl Sharp, at the Copper Box Arena in London made known that he received a lot of criticisms from some people following his decision to join the boxing profession.

According to him, he was advised to quit boxing and focus on his main job of being a chef which he earned while serving as a cleaner, emphasizing that those who said so were worried about him getting injured during his bouts.

However, the 27 years old boxer divulged that he turned a deaf ear towards all the criticisms and kept working very hard knowing what he wanted to achieve.

Freezy further stated that he doesn’t look up to anyone but usually admires Mike Tyson. He noted that despite his love for Mike Tyson, he aims at becoming a better version of him and doing much better.
