I’m a goddess why would I want to be under somebody in the name of marriage?- Mzbel
Ghanaian musician and songwriter, Mzbel does not believe in the institution of marriage.
According to the mother of one, she has never thought about settling down with someone because she’s a “goddess” and should not be under anybody.
“I have never thought about marriage. I’m a goddess why should I marry? I’m the god, I make everything happen why would I want to be under somebody…and make it official to the whole world that this is the person I’m sleeping with and now I have to be submissive, that whole concept is a joke, no offence to anybody that is married,” she told Sammy Kay in an interview.

Although Mzbel has stayed ‘single’ for years, has been linked to former UT Bank boss, Kofi Amoabeng and President John Mahama.
