I’m alive and healthy – Ngozi Ezeonu debunks death rumours
Celebrated Nigerian actress, Ngozi Ezeonu has debunked rumors of her death while issuing a stern warning to those responsible for peddling the false information on social media.
In a post on her official Instagram page, the veteran actress set the records straight by stressing that she is alive and healthy. She made known that she has been receiving calls and messages from people trying to confirm the rumors making the rounds online.
According to the former journalist, those peddling rumors of her death even went as far as claiming that her son was the one who announced her “death”. The actress, who is visibly disturbed by the spread of such misinformation, urged the public to verify news from reliable sources before sharing or believing in unverified claims.
It will be recalled that the actress had on the 5th of January posted a cryptic post on her Instagram and it left so many confused. However, she stated that it was her close friend who had died and that was the reason for her post.
