<![CDATA[Ghana’s most acclaimed annual gospel music fiesta Harvest Praise stomps the Accra International Conference center this Easter Friday, 29th March with a double show. The event which has been forced out of the regular venue, the Dome currently undergoing renovation works, is to satisfy the teeming patrons who can all not be squeezed into the conference center for a one time show. The two separate events will both take place same day, same venue and same rate with one running 2-5pm and the second show also running 6-9pm. Chairman of the Harvest Praise Planning Committee, Daniel Adjei promises that fans should expect same quality of organizational efficiency and thrilling content production of both shows as has been associated with the concert over the years. As always the performance bill looks jam packed with the industry’s best from within and without. United States’ vocal Maestro and phenomenal international worship leader Darwin Hobbs will be gracing the stage with his ensemble The Darwin Hobbs Choir together with the host choir – Harvest Gospel Choir! Darwin is a heart throb of many Ghanaian worship lovers with favorite tunes such as “he is able”, “free”, “better is one day”, “you are God”, hence his coming will mark a significant calendar event in the country this year. Ghana will still flaunt it’s best with Gospel music diva – Ohemaa Mercy in her first public performance of her latest album, “Prophecy”. Cwessi Oteng, Harvest Theatre and many others are expected to build a cracking climax of praise and worship marathon. Industry experts who have always rated the show highly predict Harvest Praise 2013, the 15th edition to be equally explosive. Year in and year out Harvest Praise tickets sale and turn out have always exceeded projections given the massive non denominational appeal of the musical show. It has always drawn mix crowd from the christian and secular communities, politicians of different pedigrees and reached out to masses especially those from less privileged backgrounds many of whom are bused freely to partake in the program. Tickets are already on sale at various key outlets including Harvest Chapel Branches across the nation, Sweet Melodies at Tesano, Sunny FM, and Citi FM.
