“Let me see something”- Efya enquires about the longest song in Guinness Book of Records history
Award-winning Ghanaian singer, Efya has jokingly expressed interest in attempting to break the Guinness World Record for the longest song.
“What’s the Guinness Record For Longest Song …? Let me see something..!!😂😂😂👀👀,” she tweeted Monday.
Efya’s tweet is coming in hours after Nigerian Chef, Hilda Baci broke the Guinness World Record for the longest cooking marathon by an individual.

Hilda has cooked for 88 hours straight and counting, breaking the previous record which was held by Indian Chef Lata Tondon (87 hours, 45 minutes).
The longest officially released song is 115 hr 45 min, and was achieved by Mark Christopher Lee and The Pocket Gods (both UK) in St Albans, Hertfordshire, UK, on 1 December 2021.
In order for Efya to achieve this feat, she’ll have to record a song longer than 115 hr 45 min.
