LilWin’s wife in tears, prays for husband amid legal action after fatal accident involving 3-year-old

Maame Serwaa, wife of Ghanaian actor Kwadwo Nkansah, also known as LilWin, was seen tearfully pleading for God’s protection over her husband following a tragic accident that caused the death of a 3-year-old boy, Tawiah Ampomah.

In a video shared on social media by blogger Sikaofficial, she prayed, “Dear God, as I offer a prayer for my husband, I ask that you protect him. Please protect his life and health. Please, also protect him from anyone or anything that could harm him. He is such a blessing in my life and to our family.” The video captured Serwaa silently crying and seeking strength as her husband faces health issues and legal proceedings.

The accident occurred on May 25, 2024, near Grace Baptist Church in Amakom, Kumasi, when LilWin’s Benz collided head-on with another vehicle, causing several injuries and the death of the young child. LilWin, who was among the injured and later detained by police on June 3, 2024, was granted bail of GH¢50,000, with the case adjourned to June 27, 2024. Despite his injuries, LilWin attended the premiere of his film, “A Country Called Ghana,” on the same day. His management team has expressed their full support to the grieving family.
