One of the most anticipated African collaborations for the year 2010, ‘Baby Gal’ featuring UK- based Nigerian rapper Cashino and Nigerian hip hop artist Drenco is finally complete and available for download online.

The song, which is produced by Joey Ofori alias Smooth4lyfe, a U.S based record producer of Ghanaian descent, consists of verses in English/Pidgin English and Yoruba with a blend of Igbo language on the chorus. Drenco is a Nigerian Hip hop artiste that started out in Enugu state with his heavy rotated inspiring hit ‘I Go Still Make Am’ produced by world renowned super producer Eric Coptic Matlock(producer responsible for the worldwide hit song ‘I Need A Girl by P.Diddy). It featured Whiteman the Black Soul a.K.a Kid Kudzo, the Russian-speaking rap artist from Karaganda city, Kazakhstan. Kid kudzo has worked with hot international producers. His recent work was produced by Krohme(Producer noted for his work with Kool G Rap, Obie Trice, MC serch, Hell Razah, Rass Kass and many more.

Cashino is based in London, UK but still very much in touch with the local Nigerian music scene.  His accomplishment cuts across a 2009 NMVA nomination for his video for ‘No Future’ to a recent street video called ‘All I Got’ featuring the Legendary Parrish ‘PMD’ Smith of EPMD, which was featured on PMD’s album
