Chris Brown is mad as hell and he’s not going to take it anymore. The negative press magnet that is Chris Brown went on a Twitter tirade over his recent probation reinstatement which stipulated he has to perform 1,000 additional hours of manual labor.
Curiously enough, Brown tweeted a Vine video of Beyonce performing and.hinted at a proposed collaboration between the two that her husband Jay Z wouldn’t like:
