The deputy Minister for Housing Honourable Freda Prempeh was present and she cut the sod to successfully launch Summer Hills Estate. Summer Hills indeed has come to stay and it is expanding its territory by building more affordable apartments. The vision is to bring comfort, flexibility paying of rent, appropriate security, and attractive and serene environment for no rent advance system.
