<![CDATA[The 4-day funeral rites for the late Asantehemaa, Afia Kobi Ampem II will conclude at the  Breman Royal Mausoleum (Ban mu), where she is scheduled to be buried. Several high-profile Ghanaians, including popular local actors have all been spotted at the funeral grounds, the Manhyia Palace, mourning the late Asantehemaa. Among them are Kwadwo Nkansah (Lil win), Akyere Bruwaa, Emelia Brobbey, Bill Asamoah, and Nana Ama McBrown. Mother of the current Asantehenen Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, Afia Kobi Ampem II passed away at the prime age of 109 years , and was the Asantehemaa for nearly 40 years. The public has been given the opportunity to file past the body of the queen-mother, which has been lying in state since Monday until Thursday when she would finally be buried.
